Overview

A2X is ecommerce accounting software that turns payout and settlement data from Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and PayPal into summarised entries in Xero, QuickBooks Online or NetSuite. It does not post every order: it posts one entry per payout covering sales, fees, taxes, refunds and gift cards, so the entry matches the deposit in the bank feed and reconciles in one click.

Sales and fee types are mapped to the ledger's chart of accounts, using A2X's recommended mappings or a custom set-up, and entries are reviewed before they post or sent automatically. A2X separates taxed, untaxed and tax-exclusive transactions and tax by country, handles multiple channels, stores and currencies, posts value-based cost of goods sold entries from uploaded SKU costs, and can load up to a year of past payouts.

A2X is used by ecommerce sellers and by the accountants and bookkeepers who keep their books. Its partner programme for firms includes free one-on-one onboarding, unlimited training, priority support and a listing in the A2X Directory.
