Overview
Roubler is cloud-based workforce management and payroll software built for shift-based teams. One system covers recruitment, employee onboarding, rostering, time and attendance, leave, expense claims, employee self-service, a document library, e-learning and payroll, so the details a new starter enters at onboarding flow through to the roster and the pay run.
Rosters are built with a one-click smart roster or a drag-and-drop tool, and a live costing view shows what each employee and shift costs. Approved timesheets sync to payroll, which calculates pay with full award interpretation and comes with ready-to-run reports and a report builder. Employees use the mobile app to view rosters, swap shifts, request leave, claim expenses and clock in and out.
Roubler sells three packages: workforce management, workforce management plus payroll, and workforce management plus managed payroll, an onshore service run by Roubler's own team for Roubler customers.
