Partner · The case

Why this one is worth more than previous summits

Three things changed, and they set the value of a slot.

Single track

Every attendee sees every session. There is no competing room drawing your audience away. In a multi-track event a session sponsor reaches a fraction of the room. Here you reach all of it.

Two days, not one

Double the exposure window across pre-event, live and post-event promotion.

The audience buys after November

Firms are planning 2027 spend during these two days. A sponsor in front of them at the moment the budget question is live is a different conversation to one in March.

Read · The receipts

June, in numbers

The first AI in Practice Summit drew 1,850 registrations (2,063 including late sign-ups for the replays). 82% of them were accountants or bookkeepers — this is a practitioner audience, not a vendor room.

The one condition

Your session must include a client co-presenter sharing measured results: build cost, hours saved, revenue won, or what failed. The Firm helps you identify and prepare the co-presenter. This is the format that converts, because a customer saying it lands harder than a vendor saying it.

Tier 03 · Limited to 4 sponsors

Silver

4 available

$4,500 + GST

Premium visibility

  • Logo and link on the event website
  • Mention in the sponsor recognition email
  • Introduce one keynote speaker

Content & engagement

  • A seat on the sponsor panel, one 45-minute session shared across all four Silver sponsors
  • The panel runs on questions submitted by registered attendees, moderated by The Firm
  • Offer a special promotion to attendees

Lead generation

  • List of opt-in attendees from the panel session
  • Engagement analytics for the panel

Additional benefits

  • Custom-designed digital assets to promote your participation
  • Recognition in post-event communications

How the panel runs

The framing is “What to build first in 2027”. Questions come from registered attendees and a moderator from The Firm keeps the conversation on decisions rather than product. It is a credibility slot, not a demo slot, and it is sold on that basis.

Tier 04 · Limited to 5 sponsors

Bronze

5 available

$2,500 + GST

Premium visibility

  • Logo and link on the event website
  • Logo in the sponsor row on all event materials
  • Named in the sponsor recognition email
  • One social mention across The Firm’s channels during the promotion run

Content & engagement

  • A 5-minute spotlight in the Sponsor Speed Round, a 30-minute session shared across all five Bronze sponsors
  • Offer a call to action and QR code during your spotlight
  • One resource or offer included in the attendee resource pack sent with the recordings

Lead generation

  • Opt-in attendees from your spotlight: anyone who scans your code or requests your resource
  • Aggregate event report: total registrations, attendance and engagement

Additional benefits

  • Recognition in post-event thank you communications
  • Your spotlight included in the post-event recording package

How the Speed Round runs

It sits on the main stage in the 1:00pm to 1:30pm break on day one, as optional programming. Attendees who want a break take one. Attendees who want to see what is new stay in the room. Format rules: a hard five-minute cap. One slide deck template supplied by The Firm.

Listen · The terms

What we ask of sponsors

These terms go into every agreement. They are what keeps the audience trusting the agenda, which is what makes a slot worth buying.

  1. No sales demos in session slots

Sessions are built on evidence. A sponsor may nominate a client to co-present, which is the format that actually converts.

  2. Editorial independence runs both ways

The Firm does not approve sponsor content, and sponsors do not approve The Firm’s content. Speaker selection for unsponsored sessions stays independent.

  3. One tier per company

A Gold sponsor cannot also hold a Silver or Bronze slot.

  4. Attendee data is opt-in only

Registrants tick a separate box to be shared with sponsors. Sponsors receive only those who opted in.

  5. Materials deadline is 21 September

Logos, bios, session outlines and co-presenter details.
