Single track
Every attendee sees every session. There is no competing room drawing your audience away. In a multi-track event a session sponsor reaches a fraction of the room. Here you reach all of it.
11 & 12 November 2026 · Virtual · Single track
AI in Practice: What Worked, What’s Next. Two days on what AI was actually worth to firms in 2026, and what to do about 2027.
Three things changed, and they set the value of a slot.
Every attendee sees every session. There is no competing room drawing your audience away. In a multi-track event a session sponsor reaches a fraction of the room. Here you reach all of it.
Double the exposure window across pre-event, live and post-event promotion.
Firms are planning 2027 spend during these two days. A sponsor in front of them at the moment the budget question is live is a different conversation to one in March.
Read · The receipts
The first AI in Practice Summit drew 1,850 registrations (2,063 including late sign-ups for the replays). 82% of them were accountants or bookkeepers — this is a practitioner audience, not a vendor room.

Tier 01 · One slot
1 available
$12,500 + GST
Tier 02 · Limited to 3 sponsors
3 available
$6,500 + GST
The one condition
Your session must include a client co-presenter sharing measured results: build cost, hours saved, revenue won, or what failed. The Firm helps you identify and prepare the co-presenter. This is the format that converts, because a customer saying it lands harder than a vendor saying it.
Tier 03 · Limited to 4 sponsors
4 available
$4,500 + GST
How the panel runs
The framing is “What to build first in 2027”. Questions come from registered attendees and a moderator from The Firm keeps the conversation on decisions rather than product. It is a credibility slot, not a demo slot, and it is sold on that basis.
Tier 04 · Limited to 5 sponsors
5 available
$2,500 + GST
How the Speed Round runs
It sits on the main stage in the 1:00pm to 1:30pm break on day one, as optional programming. Attendees who want a break take one. Attendees who want to see what is new stay in the room. Format rules: a hard five-minute cap. One slide deck template supplied by The Firm.
These terms go into every agreement. They are what keeps the audience trusting the agenda, which is what makes a slot worth buying.
Sessions are built on evidence. A sponsor may nominate a client to co-present, which is the format that actually converts.
The Firm does not approve sponsor content, and sponsors do not approve The Firm’s content. Speaker selection for unsponsored sessions stays independent.
A Gold sponsor cannot also hold a Silver or Bronze slot.
Registrants tick a separate box to be shared with sponsors. Sponsors receive only those who opted in.
