- The professional does. An enquiry sent from a profile goes straight to them by email, with reply-to set to you. The Firm counts enquiries but does not read or answer them.
- What does "Listed in the vendor’s partner directory" mean?
- The firm gave us the link to its page on the software vendor’s own partner directory, and someone at The Firm opened it and checked. Without that check we only say which tools a firm works in.
